Key Facts
- Dates: October 4–14, 2020; with the optional extension to Rome: October 4–16.
- Tour Director: Gary Reimers, BJU Seminary adjunct professor and pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church, Greenville, South Carolina.
- Total Cost: $4100 for the standard tour (Turkey/Greece); for the Rome extension add $1400.
- Registration: $500 deposit per person (this amount applies toward the total cost). $100 of the deposit is non-refundable.
- Early Reservation: due to the uncertainties of the past few months, the early-registration discount of $100 has been extended until June 1, 2020.
Components of the Tour Package
- Round-trip, economy-class air travel from Newark (if you purchase your own overseas flights and meet the group in Turkey, the land only cost for the standard tour is $3000).
- Regional flight from Istanbul to Denizli; flight from Athens to Rome with extension.
- All land travel by deluxe air-conditioned motorcoach with English-speaking local guides.
- Double-occupancy hotel accommodations (private room fee: $450; with extension: $700) and double-occupancy standard inside cabin during cruise.
- Breakfast and dinner daily, lunch on the cruise if aboard during lunch service; with extension, breakfast in Rome daily and 1 dinner.
- Entrance fees at all itinerary sites as well as tips for tour guides, drivers and hotel staff.
Not Included in the Tour Price
- Transportation between your home and Newark (EWR).
- Passport fees, excess baggage fees, or service charges for special needs.
- Lunches, bottled water, snacks, and any beverages that are not included with the hotel meals; with extension, 1 dinner in Rome.
- Optional port tour of Santorini ($89 per person) or optional outside cabin on the cruise ship (standard $170, premium $230).
- Souvenirs, personal items, phone calls, laundry service or travel insurance.
